Anti-Oxidant



The Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity - ORAC - standardized test has been adopted by the U.S. Department of Agriculture to measure the Total Antioxidant Potency of nutritional supplements. In short, the ORAC rating establishes the free radical destroying or neutralizing power of a particular supplement.
As an example of the effectiveness of the Antioxidant Specialist, consider this comparison: carrots have an ORAC of 210; broccoli of 890; and blueberries of 2, 400.
